1. About METAL FABRIK FZ-LLC

METAL FABRIK FZ-LLC is a Free Zone Limited Liability Company (FZ-LLC).

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of metalfabrik.ae and enquiries about Metal Fabrik’s products and services, including bespoke metal fabrication, architectural metalwork, cladding, counters, doors, furniture and decorative finishes.

For purchases and projects, the accepted quotation, order confirmation and signed agreement set out the specific scope and commercial terms. Any mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.

2. Website Use

Please use this website lawfully and provide accurate information when submitting enquiries, requesting quotations or placing orders. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and ensuring that you have authority to submit information on behalf of another person or organisation.

Unauthorised access, interference with website operations and misuse of its content are prohibited.

3. Product Information and Finishes

We take reasonable care to present accurate product descriptions, specifications and images.

Handcrafted finishes, patinas and natural metal surfaces may vary in colour, texture and appearance. Lighting, photography and screen settings can also affect how finishes appear online. Physical samples and agreed finish references should be reviewed when selecting materials.

Products supplied must meet the specifications, samples and tolerances agreed for the order, subject to applicable law.

4. Enquiries, Quotations and Orders

Submitting an enquiry begins a discussion about your requirements. Order acceptance, scope, quantities, specifications, price and delivery arrangements will be confirmed through the applicable quotation or order documentation.

Quotations are valid for the period stated in them. Any changes to pricing or scope require agreement before the affected work proceeds.

Prices, applicable VAT and any delivery, installation or additional charges will be communicated before order confirmation.

5. Bespoke Projects and Approvals

Custom projects may require approval of drawings, dimensions, materials, finishes, samples and installation details.

Customers should review these documents carefully and provide accurate information about their requirements. Responsibility for site measurements, technical coordination and approvals will be identified in the project agreement.

Production and delivery schedules depend on the agreed approvals, payments and project requirements. Requested changes after approval may affect cost and timing. Any resulting adjustments will be discussed and agreed in writing.

6. Payments, Delivery and Installation

Payment amounts, deposits, milestones and due dates are set out in the accepted quotation or order confirmation.

Delivery and installation arrangements depend on the agreed scope, material availability, production requirements and site readiness. We will communicate material changes to the expected schedule.

Where installation forms part of the order, responsibilities for access, permissions, utilities, supporting structures and coordination with other contractors will be agreed in the project documentation.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Please contact us promptly if you wish to amend or cancel an order, or request a return.

Requests will be assessed under the terms agreed before purchase and applicable law. For bespoke work, the assessment may consider approved designs, materials ordered and fabrication already completed. Any cancellation charges must follow the agreed terms and applicable legal requirements.

Customers retain their statutory rights regarding defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods and services, including applicable rights to repair, replacement or refund.

8. Warranties, Care and Support

Warranty coverage, duration and claim procedures will be provided in the relevant product or project documentation.

Please follow the supplied care and maintenance instructions. We will assess reported concerns against the agreed specifications, warranty terms and applicable law. Relevant factors may include installation, use, cleaning methods, environmental exposure and the characteristics of the selected finish.

To report an issue, contact us with your order reference, a description of the concern and supporting photographs where available.

9. Intellectual Property and Submitted Materials

Website text, photographs, branding, drawings and other content are protected by the rights of Metal Fabrik or their respective owners. Please obtain permission before reproducing or using this material commercially.

When sharing drawings, designs, photographs or other project materials, please ensure you have the necessary permission for their use. Ownership and permitted use of project designs and technical documents will be addressed in the relevant agreement.

10. Privacy and External Links

External websites and services linked from this website have their own terms and privacy policies. Please review those policies when using their services.

11. Applicable Law and Updates
